What is the Philadelphia Police Clergy's latest plan to assist Police Commissioner Sylvester Johnson and the city of Philadelphia in the commissioner's new attack to reduce High crime- homicides- citywide? Create Operations and Procedures of New Domestic Violence and Media citywide Safety Program. Appoint more chaplains, with ID Badge number that will appear on the scene of an incident to support local Police and the community, and recruited patrollers. Work in limited police and patrolling powers to respond to school disorder citywide as newly community police that support city police. And all this and more will begin starting by reaching the community using a new tool to help them become more approachable.

What is that tool? Enter the public safety lover and assistant crime fighter animal hitting the streets in a neighborhood near you, "Roger Robbie", the Hip-Hop Raccoon. Young school age kids know Roger Robbie as the educator lover and assistant class teacher. But now, based on receiving the call for back up support from the largest Chaplain Police representative in Philly, Roger Robbie will roam the schools and community as a Mascot crime stopper. Roger Robbie will help get the word out that the Philadelphia Police Dept. are not in the war against gun violence. "The Philadelphia Police Clergy partners with the Philadelphia Police Dept. as representatives that will help save kids lives," Roger Robbie says. Philadelphia Police Clergy has the authority to deal with response to incidents of arson and other illegal fire starters too. Roger Robbie will visit After-School and Evening school programs.

Roger Robbie will go along with Philadelphia Police Clergy on visits to public schools citywide to instruct kids about violence reduction. And by appearing in fun coloring books, education posters, and news flashes Roger Robbie will assist the Phila. Police Clergy to get kids that are truant or violating curfew, or are neglected off the streets. The Police Clergy’s Vision using Roger Robbie is to continuously support city police helping children learn to be safe and stay in school and protecting and fixing and rebuilding endangered communities.
